Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items marked as final sale, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated through our email before shipping the item back.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may send the item back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at clothing@sinceadam.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
